You asked for one thing: the house wash. So that’s what this proposal is — a single line, a single number, no upsells stapled on. If you decide later that the driveway, the roof, or the windows should join in, we’ll add them at a la carte rate without re-quoting the house.
How we sized this without a walkthrough. 3,443 sqft is your conditioned envelope — we priced the soft-wash as one continuous chemistry pass on the full perimeter, which is how the trained exterior crew runs every house regardless of architecture. The garage walls are part of that envelope by default; we don’t carve them out.
What the front-elevation shade means. Coastal Oaks has the kind of canopy that makes a home feel cool in July — and it’s also where light algae likes to set up shop on the north-facing sides. Our soft-wash chemistry kills it at the root, not just the surface. Six-month algae warranty travels with this service.
One note on pricing. Our exterior rate already includes the 3% credit-card processing fee, so the number you see is the number you pay. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.
